Lodging
The lodging area inside the main studio building is designed for artists to be completely at home, yet comfortably close to their project. If it's vibe you're looking for, this is definitely your place. A dim lit upstairs hallway made completely of old motel doors leads directly to 4 highly spacious bedrooms that sleep 6 guests comfortably. Combined with 2 full baths, full kitchen, and an 80 square foot deck, it's everything you could possibly need... however, if you need more space...
Additional lodging is also available in our Poolhouse Suite. "The Poolhouse" is simply a 3 bedroom 3 bath house complete with a master suite, pool, large kitchen, back porch, and BBQ pit. The living area is conveniently designed with a large open floor and lined with glass for a pristine view of the Vermilion Bayou making this room great for rehearsal/writing sessions.

Grounds
Dockside is a perfect representation of the beauty in south Louisiana. Located about 20 minutes off of interstate 10, the 14 acres are completely secluded and surrounded by mammoth live oaks, jagged cypresses, and swampy bayou water. Need to take a break to refresh your ears? Our guests are free to roam. Like to fish? If they aren't biting in the bayou, feel free to cast a line into the stocked pond. Feeling more athletic? Break a sweat by playing tennis or basketball on our courts. If you are really looking to get a view of Cajun country, private boat tours of the bayou are available upon request.
